Artist Biography
Francesca was born in Brooklyn, NY. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Georgian Court College and a Master of Science degree in Metaphysics from the American Institute of Holistic Theology. She currently resides in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.
Artist Statement
The only purpose we have in life is to express that unique part of us that comes from Spirit. In doing so, we are true to our individual selves, and ultimately, to the collective whole.
My art is the way I give freedom to my true self. It is the space where I rest from worldly strivings and standards and just allow the authentic, unsophisticated language of my soul to speak. Thankfully, in my work, I have no desire or capacity for perfection; therefore, I do not seek to create flawless art. My creative process is very present moment, and not forced or commanded in any way. It is only driven by a desire to communicate the strength in vulnerability, the beauty of imperfection, and the Love behind the unknown.
I am a self-taught artist, and my paintings will reflect an intuitive, meditative expression that is both organic and unconditional. The personal truth each viewer brings to my work is its utmost intention.
