Anchor-at-bay

I am loved,

This is all for the good,

I trust myself.

Many affirmations are flying my way,

The scattered thoughts and hurdles in life are lessons

We need to appreciate before they depreciate us.

Learn to use the yin and yang

Is there for a reason.

The pain, trusting its ugly little head sometimes it?s necessary

But then, you know that

You are a wise soul

I am better now.

FOCUS and go forward.

I am alive with emotions,

Live them and love them.

I serve as a vessel.

I listen.

I react.
